Hope was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2025 and underwent a bilateral mastectomy, followed by radiation and breast reconstruction. Her left breast, which had been radiated, continued to have complications and required additional surgery. In August 2026, Hope developed a serious infection and sepsis and was hospitalized. Hope has underwent many surgeries since as well as medical set backs. 

Hope is a Mother to 5 Beautiful Children, an amazing wife, and a devoted Daycare Provide. Unfortunately with all of the medical complications Hope has had to face, it has left her unable to run her in home daycare.  

On September 25th 2026, Fearless Fighters will be hosting a Benefit at the Monticello VFW Post 8731, 713 S Cedar ST, Monticello, MN 55362, from 4PM -8PM to show Hope and her family they are not in this battle alone.
